What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House, and Maintenance teams to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
- Manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
- Understand the bigger picture to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities
- Ensure health and safety standards are met and oversee food service operations to maintain high-quality standards
What you’ll need:
