Allcorn Smoke Control has over 150 years of combined experience in the smoke control industry. We install and service a wide range of smoke control systems, including Delta, Group SCS, SE Controls, Colt, Teal, Windowmaster, and others. From natural shafts to mechanical extract systems, our expertise covers a diverse array of smoke control options. Our Fire Damper division, with over 30 years of experience, is dedicated to inspecting, testing, and repairing Fire Dampers. We are committed to delivering quality and reliable solutions for all your smoke control needs.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for maintenance and minor repairs of smoke control systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Field Service and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Relevant technical certifications or training
  • Understanding of smoke control and fire damper systems is a plus
  • NVQ or Level 3 electrical qualification
