The Role:

  • Prospecting and Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients and candidates, effectively pitching the services and roles you offer, whilst handling any rejection that comes your way.
  • Candidate Guidance & Support: Walk candidates through every step of the recruitment process, providing valuable advice and support, and managing any negotiations that arise.
  • Deal Negotiation: Take charge of negotiating terms and closing deals to ensure mutual satisfaction and success.
  • Client Meetings: Attend meetings with clients to gain a deep understanding of their specific hiring needs and what they’re looking for in top talent.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting regular market research to keep informed on the latest trends and developments in your sector.
