We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) Analyst to join our safety and performance team, where you\’ll play a key role in enhancing flight operations through data-driven insights.

Titan Airways is the UK’s largest Charter and ACMI operator, specializing in short-notice ACMI and wet lease operations, as well as ad-hoc passenger and cargo charters for various sectors.

The FDM analyst will be responsible for implementing, controlling, and supervising the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) processes. This involves analyzing flight data, collaborating with FDM Pilot Analysts and other teams to improve safety by leveraging flight data.

This is a permanent position with training provided.

Must Role Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience in an airline or air transport environment, with at least three years in a Flight Data Monitoring role
• Knowledge of flight operations and safety management systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret flight data trends
• Ability to present complex data clearly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Structured workload management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiasm for contributing to safety culture
• Legal right to work in the UK (Workplace sponsorship may be available)
• Residency or willingness to relocate within commuting distance of STN
• Flexible availability
• Balanced technical and soft skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Safety, Data Science, or related fields
• Experience with FDM software tools
• Understanding of UK and EASA regulatory requirements for Flight Data Monitoring
• Proficiency in data analysis tools
