Role Overview
We seek an experienced RCM Facilitator to develop our RCM capabilities and promote BMT as a leading provider of RCM services. Responsibilities include facilitating RCM studies, managing RCM projects, training and mentoring, providing consultancy, and developing internal processes and stakeholder relationships.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are proactive RCM experts trained at least to facilitator level, with practical experience and knowledge of Def Stan 00-45, and an understanding of RCM applications outside the defense sector. Key qualities include leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and willingness to travel. UK security clearance at SC level is required.
