Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Junior Counselors are informed of daily activities.
  • Provide coverage for Junior Counselors who are late or absent.
  • Communicate any challenges or successes to the site staff.
  • Attend staff meetings called by the Director/Program Supervisor.
  • Share daily behavior reports with parents/guardians.
  • Provide coverage during sign-in/out times.

The Ideal Candidate for this Job

  • Provide a resume with at least two years of experience working as a group leader.
  • Demonstrate punctual attendance.
  • Wear appropriate attire (no Crocs, tight-fitted shirts or shorts, crop tops, or hoodies).
  • No cell phone use while working.
  • First Aid/CPR certified, or willing to become certified.
  • Provide three references: one personal and two professional.
