We are looking for a self-motivated, practical, flexible and conscientious individual to join our small team. As part of the team operating within our modern glasshouse system, most processes are relatively simple; however, there will be times where you will need to think on your feet and work collaboratively with your colleagues and other team members.
Working within our operation will involve, but is not limited to:
- Harvesting of produce (mechanically).
- Weighing and moving of trays.
- Operating sowing machine.
- Using computer system for harvesting and sowing (full training provided).
- Cleaning of machinery.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm, including 2 30-minute breaks and rotational Saturdays. Hours may change depending on business needs; flexibility is a must.
