The Role as Service Advisor

  • Evaluate customer needs regarding servicing or repair requirements, in line with Vehicle Health Checks.
  • Ensure the customer is aware of all applicable costs and the progress of repairs in a timely manner, handling objections competently.
  • Coordinate internally with workshop colleagues to progress the vehicle through the service process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve customer satisfaction objectives while adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer details to ensure the customer database is up to date.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of additional products and services.
  • Work in line with all service and warranty policies of both the group and manufacturer.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferable.
  • Deliver first-class service to achieve company and manufacturer objectives.
  • Self-motivated with experience of achieving targets.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
