The Floor Manager, Will be responsible for managing the Restaurant Floor as follows:
- Managing the floor Team and to ensure the set-up of the floor is according to the standards of the restaurant.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant on a daily basis.
- Ensuring checklists are completed to the highest standards.
- Ensure you follow closing procedures.
- According to profile assisting with management duties.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the floor staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Customer Service: Ensure guests receive exceptional service and address any issues promptly and professionally.
- Training & Development: Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events and private functions.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining and Michelin starred setting.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by the business.
- Right to Work: Must have the right to work and live in the UK without any restrictions.
