Duties & Responsibilities

Dealing with multiple drivers.
Communicating with ports.
Booking delivery slots for port entry.
Using the TOPS transport system to schedule drivers\’ start and finish times.
Chasing drivers for ETAs and ensuring punctuality.
Rerouting jobs as needed.
Matching PODs with jobs on the system.
Informing customers about delays and ETAs.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Transport Operator – Essential.
Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal.
Excellent UK geographical knowledge.
Ability to work independently.
Quick and efficient problem-solving skills.
Organised at all times.
Flexibility to meet business demands.
