Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals, is an 87-bedroom hotel beautifully placed in the Shropshire countryside, with a full leisure club, health spa, meetings and events to complement the hotel's oak room restaurant and 1630 bar. A 4* hotel, perfectly situated for business and leisure, sat within 15 acres of gardens and woodland.
Role Responsibilities
- You’ll assist the Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the Leisure and Spa facilities ensuring a consistently high level of service is offered to our guests.
- You’ll go above and beyond to provide experiences that will delight our guests and support the business in building regular, repeat custom.
- Carry out a range of treatments to an extremely high standard, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Mentor and support any new Therapists who join the team in all treatment procedures & products.
- Achieve consistently high retail targets.
- Build a regular client base.
- Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to a consistently high standard.
- To ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are achieved in all designated housekeeping areas.
- To understand the impact of effective cost control while undertaking the role.
- To ensure that a good level of product and local knowledge for guests when requested.
- To ensure co-operation and compliance with all legislation relevant to your role in the business.
- To ensure that Learning and Development is undertaken to enable you to fulfil your job role.
- To ensure that all complaints are handled appropriately, escalating wherever necessary to the Spa Manager or Duty Manager in their absence.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa department.
