- Pay Rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97/hour inside the M25, with additional payments depending on location.
- We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work as few as 12 hours if preferred. Your shifts will be scheduled within your available hours, with 3 weeks' notice.
Role Overview:
As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will support store operations, assist customers, and lead a team to ensure smooth daily activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing duty shifts and ensuring store standards
- Providing excellent customer service
