  • Pay Rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97/hour inside the M25, with additional payments depending on location.
  • We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work as few as 12 hours if preferred. Your shifts will be scheduled within your available hours, with 3 weeks' notice.

Role Overview:

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will support store operations, assist customers, and lead a team to ensure smooth daily activities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing duty shifts and ensuring store standards
  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Supporting store safety and performance

Availability:

  • Sunday: 15:30 - 23:00
  • Tuesday: 16:00 - 23:00
  • Thursday: 09:00 - 16:30
  • Friday: 16:30 - 23:00
  • Saturday: 06:00 - 14:00

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the store
  • Supporting seasonal and community events
