The Role

Job Title: Senior Out of Hours Call Operator

Hours: 40.25 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 9:30 pm, with flexibility required

Our Derbyshire Out of Hours service offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join as a Senior Out of Hours Call Operator, based in Sutton In Ashfield and Ripley.

As a Senior Out of Hours Call Operator, you will lead and support a small team of call operators, providing emergency accommodation on behalf of Derbyshire districts and boroughs in a compassionate, non-judgemental, and professional manner. You will also maintain good relationships with internal and external partners, keep accurate records, and be organized and efficient in managing responses and rota coverage, working alongside the service manager or nominee.
