Join a dynamic freight forwarding team as a Forwarder, delivering outstanding end-to-end service across air, sea, and road operations. This role focuses on providing seamless customer support, ensuring operational excellence, and driving compliance with key regulations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities (clearances, bookings, deliveries, invoicing)
  • Maintain excellent customer service, building strong client and supplier relationships
  • Ensure accurate customs entries, cost control, job costing, and month-end compliance
  • Collaborate closely with senior forwarders, operations managers, and sales teams
  • Follow strict SOPs, KPIs, and quality standards to meet internal and external requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding operations (air, sea, or road)
  • Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of transport sector IT systems and financial processes
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional shifts and weekends
