We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at [Company Name], providing high-quality care and support to individuals in domiciliary care homes or supported living settings. Key Responsibilities

  • Medication Support: Administer or prompt clients to take prescribed medications in line with their care plan. Record medication administration accurately.
  • Social and Emotional Support: Build positive relationships with clients and foster an atmosphere of trust and respect. Encourage clients to engage in social, recreational, or community activities. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve well-being.
  • Health and Safety: Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behaviour to the appropriate professionals. Ensure the safety of clients by following all safeguarding procedures and risk assessments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including care plans, logs, and incident reports. Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies at all times.
