Join Us as a Housing and Support Officer! Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? YMCA St Paul's Group is looking for a Housing and Support Officer to provide housing management and support services to our residents, empowering them to build positive futures.

Your Role:

  • Support residents with housing needs, monitor rent accounts, and minimize arrears through early intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional services.
  • Ensure residents' wellbeing through assessments, person-centered action plans, and safeguarding practices.
  • Maximize housing occupancy while minimizing voids, and support residents in finding affordable move-on accommodation.
  • Encourage resident engagement in education, training, and empowerment opportunities.
