The Role:

We are looking for passionate and driven retail professionals to join our team. You will support the management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and play a key role in the store’s success.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service with premium products
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Processing large volumes of stock
• Picking and packing click-and-dispatch orders
• Assisting in maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude to effectively sell to customers

• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
• Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets
• Good listening skills and the ability to use feedback constructively
• Full availability for late-night trade and weekends
