Aramark at Legoland Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager! We are ONE Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and we are committed to delivering magic every day for our guests. Come and join the team!

We are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to manage the Tournament Tavern Hotel Restaurant at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. This role is varied and exciting, each day will bring fresh challenges that need to be met with a positive mental attitude whilst delivering excellent guest service. You will support the Senior Manager by managing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant and be a natural inspiration to the team. You will drive sales, profitability, quality and service.

A day in the life of this role would include...

  • Being confident in empowering the team to provide excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
  • Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
  • Taking responsibility in compliance with internal and external audits
  • Leading the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly on a daily basis
  • Drive PDP and employee engagement initiatives
  • Identifying training needs and implementing formal training to develop the team
  • Managing labour, stock and equipment ordering in conjunction with the set budget

  • Previous managerial experience within the Hospitality, Retail or Leisure Sector
  • Be able to maintain excellent relationships across the business and wider resort
  • Previous experience managing KPI targets across People, Profit, Guests and Safety
