About the Role:

As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the lettings team, managing applicant registrations, coordinating property marketing, and facilitating smooth negotiations between tenants and landlords. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a thriving property business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and manage applicant details, ensuring accurate records.
  • Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate terms between tenants and landlords to secure successful lettings.
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date applicant database.
  • Provide regular feedback to landlords and tenants.
  • Assist with general marketing and business administration tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 12 months of experience in lettings.
  • A professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive and outgoing personality.
  • This is office based so no requirements for a full UK driving licence.
  • A desire to meet and exceed targets.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
