We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will support the home manager and Deputy Manager in the running of the home and work in a direct care capacity on a day-to-day basis. Ensuring the home is operating to a high standard, including maintaining adequate staffing and implementation of staff training.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager and Deputy Manager in the efficient and caring operation of the home.
- Supervise staff members.
- Work directly in care activities daily.
- Be responsible to the Home Manager or their representative for all duties performed, according to employment terms.
- Assume managerial responsibilities in the Manager/Deputy Manager's absence, including maintaining high standards, staff training, medication management, and staffing levels.
