IVC Evidensia continues to evolve to the benefit of both our customers and employees, with the aim of bringing people together to make animal care better. The People Change Coordinator will support the People Strategy and Transformation Business Partner, as well as Projects, Programmes or Portfolio Managers and their team in delivery of people change activity.
The People Change Coordinator will be involved in both hands-on day-to-day delivery, as well as supporting the People Strategy & Transformation BP from a strategic standpoint.
Day to day, the People Change Coordinator will:
- Monitor project plans to maintain schedules, People delivery and tasks, supporting wider PMO (within the Finance and Systems Transformation Programme) FaST team maintaining risks, actions and issues, dependency as well as documentation and communication on all people/HR aspects.
- Collaborate with the FaST PMO team, People Strategy & Transformation and SOC HR with regards to On-boarding, Starters Movers Leavers process and people data.
- Support the People Strategy & Transformation BP in co-ordination across numerous people items within transformation plans or people deliverables in order to produce reports, collate, analyse, evaluate and validate data, records, maintain libraries, and registers.
- Independently gather information from a variety of sources; to analyse, interpret, and summarize data gathered, and to deliver insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and other data metrics to track the process and progress of key projects and activity.
