Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited school of social work (MSW).
- Current state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMSW), as required by the state of practice.
- Meet all state regulations to practice in a dialysis setting.
- Two years of clinical work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting.
- Current CPR certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
