About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role you will analyse data, uncover trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights contribute to the company's strategic objectives. This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Analysing large datasets to extract actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Preparing reports and presentations summarising findings and key insights
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and data visualisations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements
- Identifying trends and patterns in data that can drive business improvements and innovation
- Providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making
About you
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehouses. Experience with scripting/programming languages such as R or Python is beneficial
- Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate and present complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in using data to deliver business objectives and drive strategic decision making
- Existing experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role
- Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools is essential
