Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our central government client, seeking a Lead Portfolio Analyst for an initial 14-month assignment.
Location: Hybrid working - London
Essential Skills:
- The ideal candidate will hold active SC Clearance and have a proven background in Portfolio Planning and Data Analytics.
- Extensive experience in analysing portfolio data, data reporting, and data visualisation.
- Highly proficient in Excel-based tools, with advanced capabilities in the Power Platform, including Power Pivot, Power Automate, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Service.
- Experienced in developing portfolio dashboards and maintaining accurate portfolio plans, modelling the impact of changes to the portfolio plan.
- Experience in portfolio planning, development, and maintenance of portfolio plans, as well as strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of the Treasury's Five Case Model/Green Book.
- Knowledge of RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) is desired.
- Familiarity with construction and capital estate projects is desired.
