The Opportunity
You’ll be leading the day-to-day on small works fit-out and refurb sites. From liaising with clients and coordinating trades to ensuring health and safety compliance and snag-free handovers, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch projects on time and on budget.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations as the No.1 on the ground
- Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Maintain H&S standards, RAMS, and site paperwork
- Keep projects on track and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar junior site management role (fit-out/refurb ideal)
- A solid understanding of health & safety and site compliance
- Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
- The ability to read and understand drawings
- Someone who’s passionate about quality and takes pride in their work
- SMSTS and First Aid (in date)
