The Opportunity

You’ll be leading the day-to-day on small works fit-out and refurb sites. From liaising with clients and coordinating trades to ensuring health and safety compliance and snag-free handovers, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch projects on time and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations as the No.1 on the ground
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers
  • Maintain H&S standards, RAMS, and site paperwork
  • Keep projects on track and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar junior site management role (fit-out/refurb ideal)
  • A solid understanding of health & safety and site compliance
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • The ability to read and understand drawings
  • Someone who’s passionate about quality and takes pride in their work
  • SMSTS and First Aid (in date)
