Job Description Role Description   An opportunity to join an exciting and fast growing media & events company in Leeds boasting some of the best B2B events in the country with operations in the US and Singapore too.    This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Coordinator located in Leeds with flexibility for some remote work. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of live events, managing budgets and timelines, liaising with vendors, and ensuring excellent customer service.    To work closely with Event manager, sales and editorial teams to develop plans for events and to manage event planning group meeting.  To identify and book locations for the events, liaise with location management for booking, catering and logistical arrangements including vendor management.  Liaise between sales, editorial and design teams for the timely production and circulation of marketing material and other information relating to event publicity, such as other organisations’ websites, appropriate mailing lists and other media.  Compile and send out speaker and delegate information including liaison with AV, hosts, entertainment and toast master/ voice of god.  Assemble and arrange delivery of delegate packs, name badges and exhibition stand and material as appropriate for conferences.  Manage…
