What You Will Receive as a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Northampton

  • £25,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Your Training Journey

Your journey as a Property Manager begins with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided during your stay

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
  • Handling deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
  • Building relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventory reports

Characteristics of a Successful Property Manager
