More about your role

You’ll collaborate closely with the Lead Designer, Traffic Manager, and the Design team to interpret client briefs and deliver high-quality work aligned with brand guidelines. You’ll guide design choices, offer format suggestions, and ensure a client-focused approach. Your work will span across various formats—from reports and social assets to web, email, and animation. You’ll support brand development and consistency, help maintain brand integrity across teams, and work with content teams to improve practices and explore new digital formats.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong problem-solver with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals for various audiences.
  • Confident designing across multiple formats, including print, digital, HTML emails, and motion graphics.
  • Deep expertise in typography, layout, and conceptual design.

More about you

You bring strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work, even under tight deadlines. You’re confident across a range of design projects—from concept and brand identity to artwork and graphics—using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft tools. You’re a creative problem-solver, skilled at turning complex information into engaging visuals across print, digital, email (HTML), and motion. With expertise in typography, layout, and design, you manage your time effectively and stay organised. Ideally, you have at least two years of relevant experience, have some level of familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects (although not essential), and can share a strong portfolio that reflects a multidisciplinary design background.
