What You Will Do
- Lead the integration of surface materials and technologies from concept to production readiness.
- Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure materials meet aesthetic, functional, and manufacturing requirements.
- Create and monitor detailed timing plans, ensuring all deliverables align with programme gateways.
- Develop both physical and digital specifications for materials, tracking performance and ensuring compliance with production standards.
- Facilitate travel to supplier and manufacturing sites across the UK, with occasional overseas visits to support material development.
- Provide expert guidance on manufacturing technologies and methods of assembly for new materials.
