About The Role

Client Relationship and Services – triMargin – German Speaking

The Post-Trade Client Relationship and Services (CRS) Team for triResolve Margin is the client-facing function serving a growing global triResolve Margin client base. triResolve provides counterparty exposure management services including proactive portfolio reconciliation of OTC derivative portfolios, collateral management, and dispute resolution.

The role requires a dynamic individual who is keen to apply technical ability and attention to detail in a relationship management role. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, advancing issues as needed, and be a motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and handle multiple priorities. The CRS team supports existing clients, provides training & demos, and tests and onboard new clients to the platform. An engaged and proactive mindset is essential, along with technical aptitude, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The position acts as a key link between external clients and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Business Line Management, Development, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor incoming queries daily across the client base, prioritizing urgent issues.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams on account management and client feedback.
  3. Build and maintain close relationships with assigned clients.
  4. Work within the Key Business Initiative (KBI) framework where relevant.
  5. Promote effective usage of the service tailored to each client.
  6. Raise functionality requests and participate in feature testing.
  7. Perform customer health checks and resolve setup issues.

Qualities to Succeed

  • Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Client-facing/support experience.
  • Relationship management skills and motivation to develop this area.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex processes clearly.
  • Interest in technology and a curiosity to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Proven teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Knowledge of finance, derivatives, and trade processing lifecycle is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of trade reconciliation, collateral management, or settlement processes is ideal.
