Our client, a contemporary women's activewear brand—known for effortless design, premium feel, and everyday performance—is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead its next chapter of brand growth across the UK and Europe. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in creative, cross-functional environments and wants to shape brand relevance at the intersection of fashion, movement, and culture.
Your Role
- Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
- Define and own the brand vision across sport and lifestyle categories
- Build long-term marketing strategies grounded in consumer insights and commercial goals
- Elevate brand storytelling and cultural relevance through campaigns, content, and partnerships
- Integrated Marketing & Key Account Activation
- Lead 360° seasonal campaigns across media, social, retail, digital, and experiential channels
- Partner with key retailers to co-create full-funnel marketing activations
- Localise campaigns for the UK and key European markets ensuring cultural and consumer alignment
- Cross-Functional & Campaign Leadership
- Lead campaign planning and execution from brief to delivery, including production and performance analysis
- Deliver impactful activations across DTC and wholesale channels, from store takeovers to digital launches
- Align closely with sales, product, digital, and merchandising teams to ensure a unified brand voice
- Budget Oversight & ROI Analysis
- Own the UK & European marketing budget with clear tracking and performance insights
- Prioritise high-impact initiatives, ensuring spend drives both brand value and commercial return
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly planning cycles with strategic input and results-led adjustments

- Proven track record of building brand equity and delivering successful campaigns across multiple markets
