A globally recognised consumer product brand is hiring for a National Account Manager in their fantastic sales team. This top employer in the Premium Consumer Products sector has posted significant growth in the last 8 years with multi-million-pound growth across all channels, approximately 18% year-on-year uplifts. The brand's portfolio is vast, boasting a global presence and recently embarking on a Digital Transformation project, upskilling and accelerating bolstered by fantastic, marquee NPD launches.

This role reports to the Channel Lead and covers one of their most prestigious and new National accounts. There is a distinct possibility that this will become a significantly more senior role in the next 2-3 years. You will have full control of budgeting and will work closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams to maximise the account's growth potential.

What We Need:

  • Structured training and a branded product background in National Accounts across retail customers.
  • Experience managing a small P&L on a customer or a NAM in a business already who wants a change of pace to a premium global business.
  • UK Grocery or High Street retail experience.
  • Some Joint Business Planning experience.
  • Close cross-functional working experience.
  • External customer/partnership building.
  • Branded consumer product background - ESSENTIAL.
  • Agility to move super-fast on a broad product portfolio.
  • Ambition for career progression.
