Job Title: Corporate Finance Partner

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: £100,000 – £140,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

We’re working with a respected regional firm in Leeds that’s looking to hire a Corporate Finance Partner to strengthen and grow their transactional team. The firm has a strong reputation in the mid-market M&A space and is looking for someone who can lead, advise, and build.

This role offers the autonomy of partnership without the red tape of a larger national firm.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead on complex M&A, private equity, and capital markets transactions
• Develop and grow the Corporate Finance team alongside senior leadership
• Advise entrepreneurial clients, investors, and mid-market businesses
• Collaborate across departments to provide a joined-up client service
• Drive business development and nurture new and existing client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• A UK-qualified solicitor with c.10+ PQE in corporate finance
• A proven track record of handling high-value corporate deals
• A following or strong referral network (preferred but not essential)
• Someone with ambition to lead, mentor, and grow a team
• Clear commercial judgement and a client-first mindset
