Do you think you’ve got what it takes to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes? As our Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy within our team. As part of your everyday role, you’re likely to be involved in the following:
- Process invoices, credit notes and manual requests accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify invoices and payment requests
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Respond to supplier queries and interact with suppliers in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records
