Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and embed Scrum principles and Agile delivery frameworks to support high-velocity technology teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile goals with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and risk policies.
  • Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on best practices in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, supporting agile delivery across multiple domains and squads.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, budget/resource management, and risk governance processes.
  • Stay current with agile trends and promote a culture of learning and innovation.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Proven track record as an Agile Coach in an enterprise-scale environment.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model).
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Clear understanding of change and transformation, risk governance, and agile control frameworks.

Highly Desirable:

  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, ICAgile, Certified Scrum Professional).
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
  • Background in technical development or engineering highly advantageous.
