Key Responsibilities:
- Champion and embed Scrum principles and Agile delivery frameworks to support high-velocity technology teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile goals with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and risk policies.
- Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on best practices in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and delivery teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, supporting agile delivery across multiple domains and squads.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budget/resource management, and risk governance processes.
- Stay current with agile trends and promote a culture of learning and innovation.
Must-Have Experience:
- Proven track record as an Agile Coach in an enterprise-scale environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model).
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Clear understanding of change and transformation, risk governance, and agile control frameworks.
Highly Desirable:
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, ICAgile, Certified Scrum Professional).
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
- Background in technical development or engineering highly advantageous.
