Eataly London is seeking a talented and motivated Digital & Social Media Specialist to support the execution of our digital marketing strategy and elevate our brand presence across all online platforms. This role is responsible for the creation, management, and performance analysis of engaging content that aligns with our brand values and business objectives. Working closely with departments across the business, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital activations, campaigns, and influencer partnerships, both locally and in alignment with our global marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of integrated digital and social media strategies across all platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish compelling visual and written content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Manage a rolling two-week content calendar, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing goals
- Capture high-quality photography for newsletters, web content, and in-store use using company equipment
- Write clear and engaging copy for web, newsletters, and social media
- Analyse and report on digital campaign and social media performance, providing actionable insights
- Coordinate influencer outreach and manage booking logistics in collaboration with the PR agency
- Work in alignment with Eataly’s global social media team on paid media campaigns and content direction
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy and enhance performance
- Contribute creative ideas to help grow brand reach and engagement
- Support the Marketing Manager and wider team on brand events, activations, and VIP visits as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Digital Communications, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital and social media content and communications
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads) is beneficial
- Experience within the hospitality or retail sector preferred
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong writing and communication abilities with attention to detail
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
This is a fully on-site position based at our London location. We do not offer hybrid or remote working arrangements for this role. Flexibility is required for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with business needs. Must have the right to work in the UK.
