Role Overview The position is suited for a driven and enthusiastic consultant with strong technical ability, a focus on client care, and problem-solving skills. Experience in contaminated land risk assessment is essential, including preliminary risk assessments and GQRA for human health and controlled waters. Candidate Requirements Strong degree in environmental science, geoscience, or geology. Postgraduate experience or qualifications in contaminated land risk assessment. Actively working towards chartership. Experience with contaminant fate modelling and a holistic understanding of engineering geology/ground engineering is highly valued. Experience with GIS or coding would be advantageous. Primary Responsibilities Prepare Phase I desk studies, Phase II geo-environmental interpretative reports, and remediation verification reports. Assist Graduate Geo-environmental Consultants as the team grows. Assist senior staff in undertaking Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessments and preparing Remediation Strategies.
