The Role
Commercial Litigation Senior Associate - Up to £75,000 salary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigator to join a respected regional law firm in the North West, offering a balanced and supportive environment for an ambitious professional seeking to progress their career. The firm’s Commercial Litigation team advises a broad client base, including SMEs, local businesses, and public sector organisations, on a wide range of disputes. The work covers a mix of commercial litigation matters such as contractual disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims, and shareholder disputes. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate to step into a key role, where you will work directly with Partners to manage and develop a diverse caseload of high-quality work, while also contributing to the growth of the department.

- 7+ years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation
- Experience managing a varied and challenging caseload independently
