This role involves supporting clients who have recently gone live with new systems in our Early Live Support (ELS) team. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Ideal candidates will have experience with Oracle PL/SQL, capable of diagnosing and resolving issues related to PL/SQL code and SQL queries. We seek individuals eager to gain experience in a corporate software setting, with some customer support exposure.
As part of our Support Services team, you will analyze complex software issues, engage with clients, and deliver excellent customer service.
