Our client, a well-known Insurance Company, are actively looking to hire 6 Category Managers, with either Professional Services or IT Category experience.
Hybrid Working: Various Offices available (London, Bristol, York or Norwich) - 2 Days a Week onsite
Competitive Rates: (Inside IR35). Duration: 12 Months. Start Date: End of May/Early June 2025.
- Senior Category Manager (multiple vacancies available)
High volume, multiple tenders in the Professional Services Category (primary consulting £120m spend). Need to move quickly in this category; request from business to selection/onboarding is quick. Don't really need to manage suppliers, more about managing multiple tenders, contract negotiation, selection etc. FCA useful. Non-IT Categories fine if not Consulting.
- Senior Category Managers (1 Vacancy Available)
Managing complex negotiations of outsourcing activity. Much more complex and in-depth. The category is all non-IT - Customer Claims, Offshoring etc., more customer-facing role. Will need strong outsourcing experience.

- Developing and negotiating agreements.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferable; CIPS qualification desirable.
- Working ideally within the Financial Services or Insurance related Environment.
- Knowledge of People & Professional Services OR IT Vendors/Suppliers (ALL Areas Required across Suppliers).
