Join a global CDMO at the forefront of complex biologics development. We\’re hiring an experienced Business Development leader to drive growth in our ADC services portfolio . You\’ll engage with emerging biotechs and established pharma partners to shape long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead BD efforts focused on ADC development and manufacturing

Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities with new clients

Represent the business at key ADC and oncology events

• Collaborate with internal SMEs to align technical and commercial strategy

You\’ll bring:

5+ years\’ BD experience in ADCs or Biologics CDMO/CRO

Life sciences background with deep understanding of ADC modalities

Strong negotiation, client management, and communication skills

Proactive and strategic mindset
