Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Hospital Team based in Manchester.

Job Overview:

• Location: Wythenshawe hospital
• Working hours: 35 hours a week, typically 9 AM to 4:30 PM
• Work arrangement: Primarily on-site at Wythenshawe hospital, with up to 2 days hybrid working per week depending on demand
• Team environment: Friendly and supportive team of social workers who work closely to support hospital discharges
• Hybrid Work
• Long term contract

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
