Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with potential for one or two Saturdays a month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers are informed about required service and repair work professionally.
  • Advise on estimated costs and work to be undertaken.
  • Sell additional products suited to customer needs.
  • Communicate timescales and collection arrangements.
  • Create job cards using the in-house computer system.
  • Update customer and vehicle records accurately.
  • Document warranty work following manufacturer policies.
  • Prepare and complete invoices.
