Our client supplies, installs and services a range of industrial Battery Chargers for use within industrial Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a nationwide team responsible for servicing Battery Chargers and their related Battery Packs at commercial/industrial locations. Responsibilities of the role will include: – To organise & complete service visits according to manufacturers recommendations. – To position, install and commission equipment at customer sites. – To repair equipment. – To advise Head Office of any sales opportunities identified during the course of duties. – To promote the company and act in a professional and diplomatic manner at all times. – To adhere to quality standards at all times. – Survey new and existing sites for installation purposes – Feedback quality issues to the office – Provide Technical Support to colleagues and customers as required.
