Job Description

The Broker Distribution Leader will contribute to actively managing, expanding, and acquiring client and broker relationships. They will work with the London Regional Underwriting teams to profitably grow the UK book of business.

What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and expanding broker relationships to support profitable sales growth and retention.
• Developing broker relationships across the region aligned with local and UK plans.
• Supporting the UK Business in a rapidly changing marketplace.
• Collaborating on market strategy with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensuring consistency with global broker strategies.
• Enhancing AXA XL Network\’s reputation through marketing and innovative solutions.
• Understanding broker needs and matching them with AXA XL’s expertise.
• Working with underwriters to retain and grow books of business.
• Ensuring broker partners meet service agreements.
• Strengthening relationships with brokers and developing a pipeline of opportunities.
• Supporting cross-selling initiatives and revenue synergies within AXA Group.
• Monitoring performance metrics and reporting.
• Being part of a collaborative team within the UK Client and Distribution function.
