Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Persona: Agile 1-2 days office attendance. Additional patch attendance required

Patch Location: South West London - various locations including Croydon, Wandsworth, Lambeth, and Southwark. Specific patch locations will be confirmed on appointment.

Reporting Office: West Ham Lane, Stratford, London, E15 4PH or Garratt Lane, SW18 4SN

Salary: £35,951 - £39,531 (depending on experience) plus £1,300 Essential Car User Allowance (if criteria met)

Role Profile: Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver reliable, consistent service for residents, improving satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents are happy in their homes. The role involves managing relationships with residents across patches designed to align with local authority areas, covering around 500-600 homes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record of building relationships and effective communication with colleagues and residents.
  • Ability to problem-solve, with grit and determination, and a can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle complex workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with diverse customer bases.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Valid license and access to a car for work use.
