Title: Perm – CMA – Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (Days) Peterborough, NH
Type: Clinical Coordinator

Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Coordinator Medical Assistant to work in Peterborough, NH.

Start Date: 2024-04-15 or two weeks after offer.

Shift: Days, Full-time, day shift positions, with M-F schedules. We are looking for 1 CMA for Monadnock Family Care or Internal Medicine.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience as a Clinical Coordinator Medical Assistant unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
• NH license is required.
• At least 2 years in a formal Medical Assistant curriculum with special training for Medical Assistants.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated relevant experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical setting.
• Must maintain certification as a Medical Assistant.
• BLS Certification is required.

Prior to start date, you will need to send the following to the recruiter and for credentialing:

• Resume without time gaps and education notated.
• References from 2 supervisors in the past year (updated yearly).
• Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID.
• Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background.
• Immunization Documentation: Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Current Yearly Physical.
• TB TEST; Two-step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
• BLS and other required certifications: AHA preferred.
• Skills Checklist and Competency Exams.
• Background Check and Urine Drug Screens post job offer.
• Credentialing will require other documentation.
• Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
