Position: Footwear Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design: Create original, trend-inspired footwear designs for high-street brands.
• Collaboration: Work with the design team on color, fabric, and micro-trend innovations.
• Visuals: Produce sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Global Coordination: Collaborate with account managers and offshore teams to finalize collections.
• Materials: Select fabrics and trims, conduct quality tests.
• Prototyping & Quality: Work with sample makers and quality control to ensure standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Experience designing for men\’s, women\’s, and kids\’ high-street footwear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of 3D design software is a plus.
• Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
