The role involves developing and delivering content across products and channels, including conference & award programs. Strong market research skills are required, along with keeping track of industry developments, trends, companies, technologies, regulations, and products/services. Research and Programme Development Design high-quality agendas based on in-depth research with the market, providing thought leadership, insights, and trends. Develop content strategy, themes, and propositions to maximize engagement and success. Create profitable, sustainable market-led events connecting sponsors and exhibitors. Speaker Acquisition and Management Acquire high-profile, international, and local speakers meeting the audience\’s information needs. Work with sponsor-provided speakers to ensure relevant, cutting-edge content. Copywriting Responsible for conference agenda content and marketing materials. Write persuasive copy highlighting benefits of sponsorship and attendance. Topic Generation and Validation Generate and validate future event strategies and topics. Execute product diversification through new events and digital content. Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes Approximately 2+ years of B2B event and conference production experience.
