Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Emergency Light Testing & Fire Alarm Testing.
  • Maintenance on HVAC Equipment.
  • Maintenance within Plant Rooms.
  • Maintenance on pumps, motors, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.
Candidate Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
  • City and Guilds 18th Edition.
  • Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.
