We’re hiring on behalf of a top-tier Facilities Maintenance provider, offering an excellent opportunity to elevate your career. Join a respected and established building services firm, where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance across prestigious commercial offices in Central London and the West End.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Emergency Light Testing & Fire Alarm Testing.
- Maintenance on HVAC Equipment.
- Maintenance within Plant Rooms.
- Maintenance on pumps, motors, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
- Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- City and Guilds 18th Edition.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.
- Competitive salary up to £47,000 (DOE).
